One thing I love about doing what I do is learning about new products and services that I had no idea existed. The best example of this is for our client RH Adhesives. RH Adhesives is a local company based in Acton Massachusetts.  They make a variety of products designed to adhere specific materials to each other.  The product we’ve been working on marketing videos for is HH-66 Vinyl Adhesive.  This product is designed to repair vinyl material, such as tents, tarps, bouncy houses, vinyl fencing, and anything else made of vinyl.  

One of the problems RH Adhesives had was fielding numerous calls on how to properly use their product. As a result, we created a series of videos to help explain what vinyl is, what vinyl type you should be using, how to properly perform the repair, and best practices. We have also created a few series of videos designed at specific industries, such as heavy duty tarps commonly used in the trucking industry and event tents commonly used by event companies. 

RH Adhesives now has a quality video tutorial library where they can send their clients to learn how to properly use their product. This saves RH employees time because they don’t receive as many phone calls about how to use their product. Providing your clients with the proper tools and knowledge base to use your products helps make you a more credible and reliable company.
