The Power of a Process Video: How One Realtor Saved Time and Increased Productivity

One of the benefits of being a part of a local organization the Hudson Business Association (HBA) is getting to meet so many business owners. That is where I met Amy Balewicz from Amy Balewicz homes, a Keller Williams Company.
Amy had been part of the HBA for a while and knew I made videos, but it wasn’t until we started talking about batch content creation for social media that she got really interested. We discussed how shooting a bunch of videos in one go could save her a ton of time throughout the year, and that definitely caught her attention. We set up a meeting to dive deeper into the idea.
One challenge Amy and her team were facing was explaining the whole home-selling process to clients. They were spending a lot of time on the phone or in meetings, going over the same details again and again. That’s when we came up with the idea of creating a process video to clearly walk potential clients through what to expect when working with Amy Balewicz Homes.
From there, we decided that a video brand story would also be a great addition—something that could introduce Amy and her team while explaining how they work. The idea was for these videos to complement each other: the video business card would act as a 24/7 selling tool on her website and social media, and ideally, it would drive people to check out the process video to learn more.
We also shot over 20 social media videos during our content day, which will be released on a scheduled basis—saving Amy’s team a ton of time. Plus, we made a few personal touch videos: a welcome video for buyers, one for sellers, and thank-you videos for both after a sale is complete. That kind of attention to detail really sets Amy apart from other realtors.
One thing I love about working with clients like Amy is that they genuinely care about their clients. It’s something we have in common—I’m all about making sure my clients feel taken care of, too.
