How Training Videos Boosted Engagement and Learning in Medical Online Course

One example of the training videos produced for EM Coach.

EM Coach was one of our most unique clients—and by far our biggest project to date. When they first reached out, our first question was, “What exactly is EM Coach?”

Turns out, EM Coach is an interactive online learning platform designed to help emergency medicine doctors prepare for their board exams. While plenty of study tools already exist, EM Coach wanted to stand out by building a video-driven course featuring top medical professionals in the field.

We knew we could help bring their vision to life, so we worked closely with them to develop a strategy and execution plan.

This was a massive production. We coordinated with medical experts flying in from all over the country, managed a ton of equipment, and navigated the logistics of filming in hotel ballrooms. Over six days, we captured 21 in-depth topics, delivering hundreds of training videos for their online course. The result? A powerful and engaging learning tool for both new and experienced emergency medicine doctors.

Saying we learned a lot is an understatement. Not only did we refine best practices for large-scale video shoots, but we also picked up more emergency medicine knowledge than we ever expected!

The EM Coach team was fantastic to work with, and they’ve built an incredible resource for their clients. If you know any emergency medicine doctors preparing for their boards, send them to EM Coach—they’ll be in great hands!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Phenomenal work. Did a complete lecture series for us on really complicated stuff. Worked with several different speakers who loved working with him. Adjusted as we saw the project evolving and was really flexible to ensure the best product possible. We'll definitely use Jeffrey again for our next edition lecture series!
